This service ordinarily includes pest control, testing and tagging of electrical appliances, and air conditioning maintenance.

Our maintenance programs are tailored to your needs. We develop a schedule that works for your company by examining what governmental, occupational health & safety and centre management regulations are are relevant to you. All work is then organised by us with actions performed and confirmed as per the schedule. You are then provided with certificates of compliance for your records.

In doing so, you are then assured that you are meeting your obligations in all of these areas without the impractical need for you to be an expert in any of them.

For example, in the case of pest control there are special regulations for shopping centre stores within proximity of a food court area, whether they serve food or not.
