About Us

Woodland Maintenance was established in 2003 as a service provided by Woodland Shopfitting.

This followed a long history of helping our clients with retail maintenance as a bi-product of our shopfitting work. Since the early 1990's, whenever our fitout clients have asked us "What happens if we need general maintenance?" we've simply replied "Just call us."

After investing in dedicated systems to increase efficiency, streamline job processes, and establishing a nationwide network of reliable, tried and true tradespeople, our capacity grew to serve national retail chains effectively.

You can be sure your job will be attended to correctly because Woodland have specialist people in every trade, from plasterers to electricians, plumbers to safe technicians.

In addition to our decentralised network of tradespeople, Woodland also boasts a 2000 square metre workshop with dozens of specialist fitout staff.

Everything from replacement office furniture to whitegoods can be ordered through our comprehensive group of suppliers.

Our maintenance managers are also very experienced in dealing with all the rules and regulations involved in running a retail operation, including centre management lessor agreements and specifications, government regulations and so on.
